All orders are packed and shipped from NERO HQ in Sydney, Australia. 

International

Orders are shipped using AusPost Standard International including tracking, we will dispatch the order within 2 days. The delivery times have been good so far in 2023, usually taking around:

• 7-8 days to Asia
• 7-9 days to USA
• 7-12 days to UK
• 8-14 days to Canada
• 8-14 days to Europe

We can't guarantee those delivery times, but that's when most parcels have been arriving. There's not many orders taking more than 14 days to arrive.  

Australian Domestic

Domestic orders use AusPost Standard postage.
