Shipping & Customs Charges

All orders are packed and shipped from NERO HQ in Sydney, Australia. 

International

Orders are shipped using AusPost Standard International including tracking, we aim to dispatch orders within 3 days. The delivery times so far in 2023 have been taking around:

• 7-8 days to Asia
• 8-16 days to USA (In 2025 the handling times in US have slowed, it's unlikely to arrive before 8 days)
• 7-14 days to UK
• 8-16 days to Canada
• 8-18 days to Europe

We can't guarantee those delivery times, but that's when most parcels have been arriving. There's not many orders taking more than 14 days to arrive.  

Australian Domestic

Domestic orders use AusPost Standard postage. 

Customs Fees

Shipping to the USA, Canada and Asia do not incur import charges. Orders to the UK almost never get any import charges either.

Orders to Europe may be liable for VAT payment, although we have found this is rare as the enforcement is slack. The VAT and handling fee if you do happen to get charged ranges from $15 to $35 depending on the country inside the EU.
